generously sized sized room beautiful fittings comfortable bed hot water room hvac great stay

the room was generously sized. beautiful fittings were present. the bed was very comfortable.

the hot water was not working for part of the stay. the room hvac was not functioning for the entire stay. this was a great ATAY,nexcept for those issues.

Really good Decor and Convenient Location

excellent decor clean room restaurant option short walk

the hotel decor is excellent. i found the room to be clean and very well kept. the hotel is near many shops and restaurant options. access to public transportation is a short walk, so i found the location to be superb.

i did notice that sound isolation between rooms seems minimal. i could sometimes hear conversations from adjacent rooms, only slightly disruptive.

my beautiful double room included individual climate control and blackout curtains that worked well. the king-size bed provided really good comfort and plenty of space. decor felt elegant.

the breakfast area serves many options. i noticed staff consistently refilled items. the on-site bar features an extensive cocktail menu and also offers light snacks each evening.

the hotel offers complimentary high-speed wifi. i noticed two elevators served all floors. luggage storage is available near the front desk, and the staff was helpful with storing items before check-in.

warm staff convenient location clean room unhelpful front desk smoke smell switched soap

The staff were very warm. I found the location near the underground REALLY convenient. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean.

The front desk wasn't very helpful sometimes. I could smell smoke from my room. It irritated my allergies. I realized the shower gel and hand soap were switched in the room. It wasn't a huge deal.

the breakfast included several options i liked. i had the option to order many things off the menu. the location was good because i could walk to many places. the staff was prepared to receive me.
